Final Entry

最終エントリーの締め切りは2009年2月17日です。この段階では選手とチームオフィシャルの名前が必須となります。

Preliminary Entry

プレエントリーのオンライン上での締め切りは2008年12月19日です。プレエントリーには選手とチームオフィシャルの数、性別と名前、チームリーダーの連絡先が必要です。オンラインでのエントリーには下記のフォームを利用してください。

Entry Fee and Accreditation Fee

The entry fee for competitors (including banquet): 38,000 yen
Accreditation fee for team officials (incl. banquet): 20,000 yen
Accreditation fee for extra representatives of federations: 20,000 yen
